Toshiba unveils its new conception, the Toshiba PDR-3310 which is a very special camera and setting new standards in the market! It was shown in North America on the 23/2/02. The PDR-3310 delivers a maximum resolution of 2048 x 1536. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 1024 x 768. The image ratio (width / height) on the Toshiba PDR-3310 has been set at 4:3, making a camera of 3.1 mega pixels. The sensor on the PDR-3310 is a CCD which measures 1/1.8 " having a RGB color filter. Toshiba added a digital zoom on its PDR-3310 and also added an internal flash being very common in new cameras .

The normal focus range between the camera lens and the main subject is 55 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the PDR-3310 is 8 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/2000 seconds. Movies are supported in this version being a very useful function. The Toshiba PDR-3310 has an internal storage space of 8 mb extendable with external storage with SD/MMC card. The LCD screen of the PDR-3310 is measuring 1.5 ". A video output is available letting you see your pictures on television. A USB connection is furnished to connect to a computer.
