Toshiba is back with its new model, the Toshiba PDR-M25 which is a very special camera and setting new standards in the camera industry! It was announced in the US on the 09/11/01. The Toshiba PDR-M25 is sold at a price of 129in North America, a great deal. This nice camera measures 105 x 68 x 55 mm and is weighting only 320 g. The PDR-M25 offers a maximum resolution of 1729 x 1200. It also supports a lower resolution of 896 x 600. The image ratio (width / height) on the Toshiba PDR-M25 is 3:2, for a total of 2.2 mega pixels. The sensor on the PDR-M25 is a CCD measuring only 1/2.6 " using a RGB color filter.

Toshiba implemented a digital zoom on the PDR-M25 with an internal flash which is very handy to any cameras nowadays . The normal focus range between the camera and the object is 40 cm. The minimum shutter speed on the PDR-M25 is 1 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/500 seconds. The Toshiba PDR-M25 includes an internal memory of 8 mb and can be extended with SmartMedia. The LCD implemented in the PDR-M25 measures 1.5 ". A video output is available allowing you to watch your favorite pictures on television.
